Here you can add any suggestions you may have for the games.
Head to head history - wins losses, all the stats you have but only against each player - if you go in their profiles, see your record vs them.
block function stop a player contacting you, or joining a table you're at, as some people will join a table and leave during frames deliberately (I have this issue with a specific player, Airbus, who many others have the same issue with. There seems to be nothing anyone can do as there's no way to police it and never any mods on)
Change weighting of points so someone at 1700+ can play someone of 1300 without knowing they have to win 5 frames to every 1 or have a net loss. If it was just a simple 10 points for a win, -10 for a loss dynamic, nobody would mind, but it just stops people playing low ranked players as much.
Maybe the best thing you could do re: tournaments is make them easier to enter direct from the app.
Also let users create our own tourneys, like say 4/8/16 players and just administer everything in the app, set it up so whoever is online can enter rather than needing to enter a tournament via a webpage and you guys managing it. Most of us don't know if we'll have 2hrs spare in 3hrs time, but we know we're online now and can manage 4-5 frames potentially.
Free ball some of the logic here doesn't work, most players have ended up giving away a free ball when their opponent can hit both sides of a ball.
